If a tourist agent or a sport team coach, a family member or other is applying on behalf of a group visa applicants, his/her name and company name, phone and e-mail will be also required. Make sure you have ready for upload all required documents on separate files in PDF, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png format with size of up to 1 Mb each.

Our Consul will review your uploaded documents and within 2 working days you will get a confirmation e-mail with the date of your desired appointment and an assigned ID# for your registration.

In case the presented by you documents are not sufficient or not authentic, or your passport expiration date is shorter than the required 6-month period, your appointment request will be cancelled, and you will receive a rejection e-mail. In such case you will need to request a new appointment when ready with all documents.

Fill in the form and bring it along the e-mail and the originals of all required documents on the date of your interview.
Do not share your registration ID# with persons you do not trust. This ID# will be your password to log in and to reschedule or cancel your appointment!
